I have over 25 years of organisational development, corporate management and human resources experience. My experience includes managing online learning, as well as managing the design and delivery of internal and external communication and marketing for major change projects. I have extensive experience in managing projects from cultural change to implementing enterprise-wide IT systems.
I have combined my love of organisational development, change management, capability development, consulting and continuous learning (I am always studying something), with digital marketing skills. With my unique blend of experience and skills I am well positioned to help you assess your needs and objectives, translate that to a website that works, and more importantly plan out an online presence that supports your success.
With my background, I cannot help getting interested in how your business is developing, what’s working well and where you would like to improve, and strategising options and solutions for building on your strengths online.

I have experience in the design and development of strategy, complex and fast problem solving abilities and expertise in the deployment of resources for strategic success. My experience in the management of complex and protracted projects, exemplifies my ability for achieving my goals and targets. I am enthusiastic about personal development and education, and committed to the ongoing success of our clients. I am a level-headed and stress-resistant individual with the ability to clearly articulate business intentions, project results, and important information.
I have experience in cyber investigations and cyber security. I have completed tertiary education in risk mitigation, data protection systems, online investigative techniques and the online criminological analysis. With this combination of skills and experience in design, development and security, you can rest assured that your website is in safe and capable hands.

At Little Fat Birdie, we’ve tried to make web design and website development easy for our customers. Our four-phase approach to website design and web development allows us to spend less time working on ticking our boxes and more time devoted to the ongoing development of your investment. Our process includes: defining your need for a website, designing and building the site, refining and releasing the website, and most importantly, ongoing maintenance.

We sit down with you and complete a marketing assessment to ensure your new website perfectly matches your goals and requirements, as well as your potential for growth.

Our design team create a website design that complements your branding or develops an individual style from scratch. We design your website directly from our consultations with you.
Phase 3: Refine and release
